Recipe: Afternoon Coffee Vodka Cooler

1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
2 tablespoons Coffee Bean Vodka
1 tablespoon whipping cream, half-and-half, or light
cream
1 teaspoon superfine or granulated sugar
To serve, fill a short glass with ice. Add coffee, Coffee Bean Vodka,
cream, and sugar to glass. Stir gently.
Coffee Bean Vodka: Place 16 whole coffee or espresso beans on a piece of
100% cotton cheesecloth and tie into a bundle with clean 100% cotton
string. Gently crush a few beans by tapping lightly with a rolling pin.
Pour one 750 ml bottle of vodka into a plastic freezer container; insert
the bundle into the vodka. Cover; store in the freezer for at least four
days or up to two weeks. To keep the vodka chilled longer, remove the
coffee bean bundle.
