Blintze Souffle
Yield: 1 Rezept
12 Frozen cheese blintzes
113 g Butter
4 Eggs
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Sugar
Dash vanilla
Melt butter in large pan. Layer blintzes in bottom of pan.
In mixer, beat eggs, add sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat well.
Pour over blintzes.
Bake 1 hour at 350.
Can make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
