Recipe: Easy Ears Of Corn On The Grill

INGREDIENTS:
6 ears of corn
6 tablespoons butter
6 12-inch pieces of Aluminum foil
salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Peel husks and remove silks form the corn. Soak in cold
water for 1/2 hour. Wrap each ear of corn with 1 tablespoon
of butter and salt & pepper in foil and fold ends tightly.
Put on the grill and close lid. Grill on medium high heat
for 20 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent blackening.

Yield: 6 Servings
