Recipe: Guacamole

6 Servings
3 md Avocados; creamy ripe
2 Tomatoes; peeled and chopped
1 sm Onion; diced
ds Hot sauce
Vegetable oil; or olive oil
Garlic powder; to taste
Salt; to taste
1 Lime; juice of
Take creamy ripe avocados (you'll know when you feel them). Halve them and
remove pit. Scoop meat out with a spoon.
Add remaining ingredients and cream together with a spoon or a potato
masher.
Note: Guacamole shouldn't be prepared until just before serving.
