Recipe: Alaska Baked Salmon Fillets With Dressing

6 tb Butter
3/4 c Finely chopped celery
4 c Fresh bread crumbs
4 ts Minced onion
Salt & pepper
Catsup
6 Fillets of salmon
Butter
Preheat oven to 350'. Line baking dish with aluminum
foil. Grease foil. Prepare dressing: Melt butter in
skillet, saute celery for ten minutes or to tender.
Combine with crumbs, onion, 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp
pepper. Moisten with enough catsup to hold together.
Sprinkle filets on both sides with s&p. Arrange
largest fillets in baking dish. Cover with dressing.
Arrange smaller fillets over dressing. Dot with
butter. Cover; bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 min
or until fish flakes easily.
