Recipe: Artichokes A La Grecque

1 c Water
1 pk (10 oz.) of frozen
-artichokes
3 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Olive oil
3 Peppercorns
1 pn Thyme
1 pn Fennel seed
1 pn Coriander seed
1 sm Bay leaf
1. In a large, heavy skillet, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5
minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer
for 20 minutes.
2. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 tbsp of this liquid.
