Recipe: Blueberry Cottage Pudding

Yield: 6 Servings
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1 Egg
Milk
3 tb Butter; melted
2/3 c Blueberry
Sift the flour, sugar, and baking powder together. Break the egg into a
cup, fill up with milk and add to first mixture, 3 tablespoons melted
butter. Beat well. Add 2/3 cup fresh blueberries, washed, drained and
dredged with flour. Serve hot with any favorite pudding sauce.
