4 to 5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar Apricot jam
Put chicken breasts in crockpot. Mix last 3 ingredients and pour over
chicken. cook on LOW for 6 - 8 hours, or HIGH for 4 - 5 hours. Serve
over rice.
