Donna German 100% Whole Wheat
Yield: 1 Servings

1 1/8 c Water
1 ts Vegetable oil
2 tb Honey
3/4 ts Salt
3 c Whole wheat flour
2 1/2 ts Rapid rise yeast
4 1/2 ts Gluten
3/4 ts Lecithin

Start the machine. After the machine has completed the first knead
cycle, stop the machine and then restart the machine on the rapid or
quick cycle. **Note: If you use whole wheat bread flour you do not
need to add gluten. THis recipe is an adaptation of Donna German's
book: 100% whole wheat bread recipe. We were trying to make a basic
100% whole wheat bread that would be just right for sandwiches.
