Recipe: Ballpark Popcorn

2 tablespoons light molasses
2 teaspoons catsup
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
6 cups popped corn -- (popped without salt or fat)
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Add peanuts and stir well. Place
popped corn in a large bowl; add peanut mixture, tossing to coat. Spread
popcorn mixture in a shallow pan coated with cooking spray; bake at 200
for 20 minutes, stirring once. Turn oven off, and let cool in oven 1 hour.
Store in an airtight container.
Yield: 6 cups (about 115 calories per 1-cup serving).
