Recipe: Boneless Pork Loin Roast

4 to 6 lb. pork loin roast
Oriental Orange Glaze
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting
pan. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of thickest
part of roast and does not rest in fat. Roast, uncovered, in
375 degrees oven until thermometer registers 170 degrees, about 2 to 3
hours.
Allow 30 to 35 minutes per pound for a 4 to 5 pound roast and
35 to 40 minutes per pound for a 5 to 6 pound roast. Brush
roast with Oriental Orange Glaze the last 10 to 15 minutes of
roasting. Recipe follows.
