WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA BREAD
Weight Watchers

This loaf is the perfect size for two people to enjoy a couple of slices soon after it comes out of the oven, and then again later.

½ cup flour
3 T sugar
¼ t baking powder
¼ t baking soda
Dash of salt
¼ cups 30% less fat sour cream
¼ cup mash ripe banana
1 t vegetable oil
¼ t vanilla extract
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350º
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine sour cream and next 4 ingredients; stir well.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
Spoon batter into a 6"x3"x2" loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on a wire rack.

Yield 1 loaf, 6 servings (serving size 1 slice)
