Recipe: Chilled Oriental Corkscrew Toss

1 cup fusilli
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
6 ounce frozen snow peas -- thawed and drained
8 cherry tomatoes -- halved
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green onion -- sliced
Cook fusilli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Set aside.
Combine soy sauce, oil, honey, dry mustard, and ginger; stir with a
wire whisk until well blended. Combine reserved fusilli and soy
sauce mixture in a large bowl; toss well. Add remaining ingredients,
and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Yield: 6 servings (89 calories per serving).
