Recipe: Chili Noodle Casserole

3/4 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
15.25 oz. can kidney beans, drained
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook
for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Meanwhile, brown the meat
with the onion in a skillet; drain off liquids. Stir in salt, pepper,
and chili powder to taste. Stir in kidney beans, and saute 5 to 10
minutes. Serve meat and bean mixture over pasta.
