Recipe: Dijon Garlic Angel Hair

Dijon Garlic Angel Hair
Yield: 4 Servings
1/2 c Margarine
1/4 c Grey poupon country dijon
-mustard
3 tb Chopped fresh parsley; or
1 tb Dried parsley flakes
2 ts Chopped garlic
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ds Ground black pepper
12 oz Angel hair pasta; cooked and
-drained
Heat margarine, mustard, parsley, garlic, lemon juice and pepper until
margarine melts and mixture is hot.
Toss hot pasta with mustard mixture in large serving bowl. Serve
immediately.
