Recipe: Chicken Sherry Bake

8 boneless chicken breasts
11/2 C sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. paprika
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 C bread crumbs
Mix sour cream, garlic, salt, lemon juice, paprika and Tabasco sauce in
large bowl. Remove skin from chicken breasts and marinate them in sour cream
mixture for several hours in refrigerator. Roll marinated chicken breasts
in bread crumbs flavored with seasoned salt. Place in shallow baking pan.
Melt butter with sherry and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350* for 1
hour.
