Light Alfredo Sauce
Yield: 6 Servings
12.00 oz Milk, canned skim
0.25 c Flour
1.25 c Stock, chicken
0.50 c Cheese, Parmesan, grated
0.13 ts Pepper, black
Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth. Cook over medium
heat, stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
