2.00 c Chicken stock
3.00 tb Ancho chile powder
2.00 tb Paprika
2.00 tb Green tomato chile sauce
0.50 c Onion(s), minced
1.00 ts Ground cumin
0.50 ts Garlic powder
0.50 ts Oregano
1.00 tb Tomato paste
0.25 ts White vinegar
1.00 ts Turbinado sugar
1.00 ds Vanilla extract
1.00 ds Salt and white pepper
In a deep saucepan, combine all ingredients and, stirring constantly,
bring to a low boil. cover and, stirring often, let simmer for 45 min.
Serve over enchiladas, tamales, burritos, etc.
