Recipe: Braunschweiger Spread German

8 oz liver sausage
3 oz cream cheese,softened
1/3 c mayonnaise (or salad
-dressing)
2 T dill pickle relish
2 T onion,Chopped
1/2 t worcestershire sauce
1/8 t garlic powder
fresh parsley,chopped
assorted crackers
Combine the first seven ingredients; pat into a bowl lined with
plastic
wrap. Cover with the wrap and chill. Invert onto a serving platter and
sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers. Yield: about 1-1/2 cups.
