Recipe: Angel Hair Pasta With Garlic

1 box angel hair pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic -- minced
1/3 cup fresh parsley -- chopped
Bring water to boil in a 2 quart pot.
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook just until soft. Remove from heat, add parsley.
Toss pasta into boiling water, cook for 2 minutes. Drain well. Add olive oil mixture to pasta and toss to coat.
