Recipe: Kahlua White Chocolate Fondue

Kahlua White Chocolate Fondue
2 Cinnamon sticks
2/3 cup whipping cream
6 ounces white chocolate chopped
1/4 cup Kahlua
bite size pieces of fruit such as
strawberries, raspberries, bananas,
pineapple chunks, apple or oranges
wedges and cubes of pound cake or
cookies
Cut cinnamon sticks in half lengthwise; break each half into several pieces.
In small saucepan, combine cream and half of cinnamon pieces. Bring to
rolling boil; remove from heat. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Add remaining
cinnamon stick pieces; return to rolling boil. Remove from heat. Cover and let
stand 15 minutes. Place white chocolate in medium bowl. Return cream to
boil once more; pour through strainer into wold with white chocolate. Let stand
1-2 minutes; stir until smooth. Stir in Kahlua. Serve warm fondue pot (if desired)
with bite-size pieces of fruit, cake or cookies. Makes 2 cups.
