1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 green pepper -- thinly sliced
2 tablespoons golden raisins
Stir together mayonnaise, thawed frozen orange juice concentrate,
sugar and salt and black pepper. Stir in cabbage, carrot, green bell
pepper, and golden raisins.
