Chocolate Oatmeal No-Cook Cookies
Yield: 1 Batch
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Milk
6 tb Cocoa
3 c Oatmeal
1 c Coconut
1/2 c Nuts
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Peanut butter
Mix together sugar, butter, milk and cocoa. Let come to a good boil. Add
oatmeal, coconut, nuts, vanilla, and peanut butter. Drop on wax paper and
chill.
