Recipe: Green Bean Caesar

1-1/2 lbs. fresh green beans (or two 9 oz. pkgs. frozen cut beans)
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. wine vinegar
1 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. bread crumbs
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
Paprika
Cut green beans into 1" pieces. Cook 5 minutes uncovered 10-15
minutes covered. Drain. Toss green beans, oil, vinegar, onion, salt,
garlic and pepper together. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole
dish. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese and melted margarine or butter.
Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for
15-20 minutes.
