Recipe: Chocolate Milk Shake

1 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk
1 8oz carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
Place all ingredients except ice cubes in container of an electric
blender; top with cover, and process until smooth. Add ice cubes, process
until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups (119 calories per 3/4-cup serving)
