Artichokes with Curry-Mustard Dip
Yield: 4 Servings
4 lg Artichokes
1 c Light Miracle Whip
2 tb Grey Poupon mustard
1 ts Curry
1 ts Lemon pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
c Chicken stock
1 c White wine
Clean and trim artichokes. Bring stock and wine to boil. Lower heat and
steam artichokes covered for 40 minutes.
DIP: Mix together remaining ingredients and correct seasonings to taste.
Drain artichokes and serve with dip.
