Recipe: V And A Fudge Pie

V&A Fudge Pie
2/3 cup margarine
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Melt butter in a saucepan and add the chocolate bits.
Stir to blend over low heat. When melted, set aside.
Beat eggs in medium speed until lemon colored. Add
sugar gradually. Add the melted chocolate then the
flour and vanilla until well blended. Stir in 1/2 of
the chopped walnuts. Pour into lightly greased ceramic
or glass pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
until top is crusty but firm. Serve in wedges with
vanilla ice cream and garnish with remaining nuts and
chocolate syrup. Great for cold winter nights.
