Recipe: Absolutely The Best Caesar Salad Dressing Ever

1-2 heads ofromaine lettuce
1 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup bacon bits freshly ground pepper
Dressing:
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 egg (pasturize or coddle (simmer for two minutes ONLY)
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons salad vinegar
2-3 garlic cloves '
A cup canola oil

Rinse lettuce in cold water. Break apart into bite-size pieces. Set
aside to dry or put in a salad spinner. Salad must be DRY.. so put on
paper towels if you don't have a spinner. Add all dressing
ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until nice and
creamy and thick. Will take up to two minutes or more. Do not mix
salad until ready to serve. Add lettuce to bowl and add dressing and
toss. Add cheese to taste. Top with croutons and bacon bits. Extra
dressing can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 4 days. Yield:
4-6 salad portions per head ofromaine
