Recipe: Beef And Bean Burritos

flour tortillas (10-inch)

pound leftover Grilled Salsa Marinated Sirloin strips

cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4
cup chopped green onions

cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

cup chunky salsa
CENTER one-fourth of steak strips and beans on each tortilla.
Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon green onions, 1/4 cup cheese, and 2
tablespoons salsa.
WRAP filling in tortillas burrito-style. Serve now or place burritos
on individual microwave-safe plates for reheating later.
COVER each plate with Plastic Wrap; refrigerate. Cover
small dishes of salsa and sour cream with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
REHEAT by turning back one edge of plastic wrap to vent. Microwave
one burrito on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove plastic wrap and serve with
salsa and sour cream.
