Recipe: Christmas Tree Canapes

8 slices white bread
3 ounces reduced-calorie cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
6 ounces imitation crab, thawed and flaked
Using a Christmas tree cookie cutter, cut a Christmas tree shape out
of each slice of bread. Reserve shapes and discard edges. Mix
remaining ingredients into cream cheese. Spread this mixture evenly
over Christmas tree-shaped bread. Place under preheated broiler until
lightly browned. Serve immediately.
