Recipe: Cottage Cheese Bread

Cottage Cheese Bread
1/2 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbs butter or margarine
1 egg
1 Tbs white sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested
by the machine's manufacturer, and start. You can use up to 1/2 cup
more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
2 This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Yield: 1.00 loaf
