Recipe: Cream Of Mushroom Soup Mix Dry Mix

2 c. powdered non-fat milk
1/4 c. chicken bouillon
1 t. dried basil
1/8 t. black pepper
1 t. onion powder
1 t. dried thyme
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. freeze-dried mushrooms (cut in small pieces)
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
TO USE MIX (shake dry mix well before measuring):
Mix 1/2 c. dry soup mix with 1 1/2 c. water or broth. Bring to a boil
over medium heat, stirring constantly, and cook for a few minutes
until thickened.
