Recipe: Weight Watching Cabbage Soup

2 cup shredded cabbage

1 cup chopped leeks

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup diced celery

2 tsp margarine

2 cloves garlic, crushed

4 cup water

salt and pepper to taste

2 packets Herb OX vegetable bouillon

Saute cabbage, leeks, carrots, celery and garlic in margarine until
vegetables are tender. Add water and Herb Ox and simmer.
