Recipe: Alabama Slaw

1 small savoy cabbage, shredded
1 small red cabbage, shredded
DRESSING:
1-1/4 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs. prepared horseradish
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine dressing
ingredients; pour dressing mixture over cabbage and toss well to coat. Cover and
chill.
