Recipe: Black Cherry Jello With Pepsi

2 (4 serving) pkgs. Cherry Jello
16 oz Pepsi
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 qt Black cherries -- save juice
Add water to cherry juice to equal 2 cups; bring to a boil. Add to
Jello; stir until dissolved. Beat in cream cheese which has been cut
into tiny cubes. Add cherries and Pepsi. Let set.
