Recipe: Energy Bars

1 cup oats
1 cup wheat germ
5-6 cups cereals (raisin bran, rice krispies, etc)
1 cup honey
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter

Place oats, wheat germ and cereals in a LARGE bowl or pan and mix.
Measure out honey and sugar and place in saucepan.
Stir together, bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Get
peanut butter
ready.
Once the honey and sugar mixture has boiled for the minute, remove pan
from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter. Then quickly pour
over
cereals and mix well.
Press firmly into a cake pan, (use slightly damp hands so it doesn't
stick to you). Let it set up, cut into bars.
