Recipe: Banana Snack Cake

Banana Snack Cake
l yellow (2 layer) cake mix
l pkg. instant banana pudding
l/4 c. veg. oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons mayo
l l/2 c. mashed banana (2 med. size)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
In a mixing bowl,combine the cake mix, pudding, veg. oil, eggs, mayo
and water. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add bananas and mix
well. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 9 x l3 pan and bake at 350
for 50 to 55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
After cooling can dust top with confectioner's sugar.
