Recipe: Creamy Ranch Pork Chops And Rice

4 boneless pork chops (3/4" thick)
1 T. oil
1 can cream of mushrooms or fat free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 soup can milk
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, divided
Paprika
4 servings uncooked rice
IN a large skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil. Add soup, milk, and 1/2
envelope salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10
minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Sprinkle with paprika. Meanwhile, prepare
rice as package directs, adding remaining salad dressing mix to water. Serve
chops over rice. Makes 4 servings.
