Recipe: Antipasto Kabobs

1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained (14 oz)
1 can pitted black olives, drained (6 oz)
1 pound provolone cheese, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 pound (2 "round) thin pepperoni slices
25 (12") wooden skewers
1 bottle reduced fat Parmesan Italian salad dressing (16 oz)
Cook cheese filled tortellini as package directs, omitting salt. Drain and
cool. Thread tortellini and next 4 ingredients onto 25 wooden skewers. Place in
a 13 x 9" dish; drizzle with salad dressing, turning to coat. Cover and chill
at least 4 hours. Drain before serving.
Makes 12 servings.
