Recipe: Beef Burritos With Olives On Flour Tortillas

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
1/4 cup pimento stuffed olives, sliced
1 tbs. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp each ground cumin and cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
4 burrito size flour tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

Heat a skillet. Crumble in beef and stir 5 min. or until done. Stir in next 6
ingredients, reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, 10 min. until most of
liquid has evaporated. Heat tortillas as package directs. Top each with 1/4
of beef mixture and lettuce, fold in the sides and roll up. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
Serve with SOUR CREAM if desired.
