Recipe: Velveeta Cheese Fudge

Velveeta Cheese Fudge
3 sticks butter or margarine
1 pound Velveeta cheese
4 lbs. powderd sugar
1 cup dry cocoa
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 c chopped walnuts.
In a saucepan, melt cheese and butter together. In a large bowl, stir together sugar and cocoa, add melted cheese and butter mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread evenly in two 9x13-inch pans. Cool and cut into pieces. Makes about 6 pounds of fudge.
