Recipe: Baked Seafood Dressing

1 lb. large shrimp
1 cup rice -- washed
1 can cream of mushroom soop
a handfull of chopped onion tops and
parsley
1 small can white crab meat
salt -- black peper, and
red peper
1/2 cup water
Peel and deveine shrimp. Rinse in cold water. Cut large ones into three
and medium sized shrimp into two.
In a large baking dish, mix together the rice, the shrimp, the crab
meat, the soup and the water. Season to taste with salt, black and red
peper. Add the chopeped onion tops and parsley and toss.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
This recipe serves 4-6.
