Recipe: Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

2 1/2 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
Split wings at joints and discard tips; pat dry. Bake wings on a rack
in a roasting pan at 425 for 1 hour; turn halfway through cooking
time. Combine remaining ingredients. Toss wings in sauce to coat
completely. You can also use purchased wing sauce.
