Breakfast Burritos
2 cups co-jack cheese
1/2 cup diced cooked ham
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onion
4 flour tortillas
6 eggs; cooked scrambled
Combine ham, tomatoes and onion in slow cooker. Cover and cook on
LOW for 2 hours. Stir in cheese and scrambled eggs. Cook for 10-15
minutes on HIGH until cheese melts. Wrap mixture in tortilla
wrappers. Serves 4.
