Recipe: Salmon Loaf

Salmon Loaf
Yield: 1 Servings
2 c Canned salmon; or cooked
3 tb Chopped parsley
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Salt
1 pn Black pepper
1 c White Sauce - Thick;, (see
-recipe)
1 c Bread crumbs
1 Egg
Prepare White Sauce - Thick (don't panic, it only
takes 5 minutes to make.) Drain salmon. Remove skin
and bones. Flake. Add parsley, lemon juice,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg
and white sauce. Blend well. Spoon into greased loaf
pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. NOTES :
Delicately flavored, baked salmon loaf. Good with a
tomato-based sauce or a cheese sauce.
