2oz Cayenne Butter
2 Tbs Scallions
1 Cup of sliced mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste
1.5 Cups Heavy Cream
2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
4oz of Lobster Meat
1) Melt cayenne butter in hot pan. Add scallions, mushrooms and lobster.
Season with salt and pepper. Saute for two minutes.
2)Flame the pan with Jameson Whiskey and deglaze
3) Add Heavy Cream. Sauté for two minutes until reduced by half.
4) Serve with rice pilaf.
