Recipe: Amaretto Bread

1/3 c Amaretto
3/4 c Water
1 1/2 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/2 Egg
3/4 ts Almond extract
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Sguar
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast
--ROLL IN-
6 tb Butter; melted
2/3 c Almonds; chopped
Run machine on dough cycle. Remove dough from machine and separate
into 1" balls. Roll the balls in the melted butter then the almonds.
Place balls into a loaf pan, tube pan or holiday shaped pan; cover
and let rise for about 1 hour. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 30-40
minutes or until golden brwon.
