Recipe: Honey Garlic Marinade

Honey - Garlic Marinade
Yield: 1 Cup
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Honey
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Dry sherry
2 cl Garlic; crushed
Combine in a zip-top bag, and use to marinate pork, chicken or beef.
