10 Ways with Grilled Cheese

Master Sandwich Recipe: Spread each side of 2 slices of bread with
butter. Place Kraft Singles in between the slices of bread and cook
in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until the exterior is golden -
about 3 minutes per side.

Salsa-and-Turkey Grilled Cheese: Add 2 slices of deli roast turkey
and a spoonful of salsa before cooking.

Grilled Cheese and Bacon: Add 3 slices cooked bacon to your sandwich
before cooking.

Grilled Cheese with Onions: Add Dijon mustard and a little sautéed
onion on top, then cover with Kraft Singles; top with a second slice
of bread and cook.

Double Grilled Cheese: Add an extra Kraft Swiss or mozzarella Singles
slice before cooking.

Tomato Grilled Cheese: Use rye bread and add slices of tomato before
cooking.

Pickled Grilled Cheese: Add sliced bread-and-butter or sandwich-
sliced dill pickles before cooking.

Grilled Grape Sandwich: Add sliced green or red grapes to your
filling before cooking.

Grilled Cheese-and-Vegetable Pita: Cut a round of pita bread into 2
half circles and fill each pocket with slices of tomato and chopped
grilled vegetables, such as onion, mushroom and red and green
peppers. Add a Kraft Singles to each half. Grill in a hot skillet
over medium heat until pita is golden brown and cheese is melted -
about 3 minutes per side.

Grilled Cheese-and-Ham Monte Cristo: Top 1 slice rye bread with 1
deli slice cooked ham and 1 Kraft Singles. Cover with second slice of
bread. Beat 1 egg in a shallow dish. Dip sandwich in egg to coat on
either side. Grill on hot skillet that has been greased with nonstick
cooking spray, over medium heat, until bread is golden brown and
cheese is melted.

Cheese-and-Apple on Raisin Bread: Spread 2 slices of raisin bread
with butter. Place Kraft Singles and 4 thin slices of apple in
between the 2 pieces of bread. Grill in hot skillet over medium heat
until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted - about 2 minutes
per side.

Tip: Brush bread with light mayo instead of butter for zip and less
calories.
