Recipe: 3 Uses For Canned Or Fresh Pineapple

1). Cook 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 1/4 cup light corn syrup and a 8 oz can
drained crushed pineapple until thickened, spoon warm on cheesecake, sprinkle
with toasted coconut.
2). Saute 1 sliced onion, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 sliced red pepper in
1 tbs oil until onion is tender. Add 1 1/2 tsp curry powder and 2 chicken

boil, Add 2 cups instant rice and cover, remove from heat.
3). Thread skewers with pork tenderloin cubes and chunks of pineapple and
red onion. Brush with equal mix of teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice, grill.*
